[/one_fourth][three_fourth]In 2010 Lesa founded Linster Creative, a full-spectrum marketing and public relations agency in Seattle. With more than 20 years’ experience in brand development, communications, media relations, strategic marketing, and events, her focus today is in the world of lifestyle and hospitality. She gained experience working for bedrock Seattle entities such as The Seattle Mariners, MSNBC, The Seattle Times, University of Washington, and The Moyer Foundation.

Lesa has spent her career managing strategic growth and development for products and initiatives, spearheading program, fundraising, and awareness efforts in more than 40 cities and nationwide. Her clients have been found on the TODAY Show, CNN, NBC, ABC, ESPN, MSNBC, The Travel Channel, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, GQ, Travel & Leisure, Outside, Sunset, The New York Times, Real Simple, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met and many more. She has developed events of all scale in cities across the country, including Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Atlanta, and Dallas.

Lesa and her team work with clients to expand their reach, develop brand partnerships, engage customers, share stories, and drive sales through new and creative paths. Linster Creative has worked hand in hand with chefs and hospitality leaders to open more than 25 restaurants and a number of hotels; has developed and managed countless marketing, PR and social media campaigns for profit and nonprofit companies; has developed and executed extensive strategic marketing plans, and produced promotional videos and websites for clients. Lesa is actively involved in her community providing pro-bono support to organizations who serve at-risk youth including No Kid Hungry, UPower, and Blanket Coverage Foundation.[/three_fourth]

LISA WILLIS

[/one_fourth][three_fourth]Lisa Willis collaborates with Linster Creative on a number of projects and clients and is the owner of Lisa Willis Creative, a PR and marketing consulting agency that raises brand awareness with a focus on integrating media relations, marketing, strategic partnerships, philanthropy and events. She’s an optimist, a connector, and activator who has worked within and across a wide range of industries developing solutions designed to have impact, tell important stories and increase awareness.

Lisa is recognized for fostering complex partnerships, securing key media placement, creating innovative programs and project managing large-scale initiatives that positively fulfill business objectives. With 20+ years of experience, Lisa has worked with local and national businesses and nonprofits including award-winning restaurants, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, iHeartMedia, NBC Sports, Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move Initiative, The Moyer Foundation, Nike, Heritage School of Interior Design, American Daughter (memoir) and Seabrook. Lisa believes in the power of partnership & relationships as an important lever that can result in a positive ripple effect. [/three_fourth]

ESTELLE THYER

[/one_fourth][three_fourth]With a carefully curated design aesthetic and a genuine love of local, quality food and beverage born from her upbringing in the Pacific Northwest, Estelle Thyer brings extensive experience working closely with prominent celebrity chefs, restaurants and hotels to the team at Linster Creative. Estelle’s experience in art-focused Events at Sotheby’s in New York City, partnered with her prior experience planning pop-up dinners with leading chefs, mixologists, and performers across the country for Patrón Tequila with The Supper Club, and relevant background in hospitality advertising and public relations for leading consumer brands, have provided her with the professional demeanor, expertise, skills and relationships to plan and execute successful marketing strategies for local and international clients.[/three_fourth]

LANIE MULLALLY

[/one_fourth][three_fourth]Lanie Mullally brings over a decade of experience from the corporate sector, and more than three years in hospitality and events. She spent the 10 years exploring both the art and science of retail and fashion in the corporate offices of Nordstrom and held multiple roles across the company throughout her career, including Division Product Coordinator, Merchandise Financial Planner, and Education Developer.

Lanie holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Communication from the University of Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, pilates, calligraphy, and exploring her neighborhood of Magnolia with her husband and dog.[/three_fourth]
